Chard and Mae Prenup Photoshoot

This was my first ever prenup photo shoot. They’re actually my first client. Feels great really, and yes exhausting at the same time. I’ve got to learn a lot of lessons because of this shoot. Technically as a photographer and probably mentally, psychologically and emotionally as a photographer.

It’s not that easy to take photography as a career, a part-time career as we say, but because you love the job itself and is having fun while working, it’s all worth the effort and hardship. 🙂

So, always enjoy! ^_^

The Bridal Fashion Photoshoot

Honestly this was a late post for me. This photoshoot happened last year, October of 2014. So yeah, that was like almost five months ago.

Well, I’m trying to do catching up with my posts and photography as well. So, hope you’ll have fun with this one. ^_^

Wedding bells are really all over the place.

Rock Star Fashion Photo Shoot

I’m just probably overwhelmed, for joining a photo shoot event two weekends in a row. YES! TWO consecutive weekends. I just can’t say no, however the situation wants me to say no. Probably because its the fun of meeting new people with the same interests as you and exploring places you never thought existed. And when I talk about places, that’d be the location of the shoot. I manage to capture photos of the location, and did have the greatest fun and thrill while I was there.

Now you know what I mean. 😉

One of the so many things I get so excited about is the model. Their face’s shape, their pose, the way they look, and the way they smile for stolen and candid shots (my very favorite shots). This time we have three female models.

(from left to right) Ritzell, Elecis, Shiella

This shot was taken outside that third building in the above photo.

Now, here’s their solo shots inside or outside of that ruins.

Ritzell

Ritzell

This one is taken on the second floor of the first building. For reference, check back the fourth photo above. Now, can you just imagine where this fighter lady is standing? 😉

Ritzell

Ritzell

This one is just on the first floor of the fist building. Though below that, is the basement parking area, so we really need to be careful while walking or else we’ll have to park ourselves down under.

Elecis

Elecis

See that green truck on the second photo? Yes!. That’s the truck. Just outside of that building on the other side of the first one. You have to just climb up with all your might, to get up there. And Elecis, climbed up by herself. Another fighter lady. 😉

Elecis

Elecis

This is a room beside that parked truck. It was kind of black all over, like the walls and the floor – maybe except for that wooden wall at the back – so we thought, it’d be a nice place to take shots as well.

Shiella

Shiella

Remember the first buidling? Stairs to second floor. A rocky way up but I think you could just also sit down and relax for some pose. 😉

Shiella

Shiella

This one? Just behind the car of one of the photographers. A piece of cake location, but I really had a hard time taking shots. DON’T even ask why. Hahaha!

All in all? I kind of took like, more than a thousand shots. HAHAHA! Worst than last time right? 😀 Anyways, I’m learning again, bit by bit. I realized, that my interest in photography started from way back when I was still in high school. Unfortunately, I was not given the chance to explore, I can just simply imagine. Then, here I am. Definitely having fun and thrilled that I can finally explore. So keep on tunin’ in guys and follow my journey to photography.

The Street Fashion Photo Shoot

So, here goes my first photo shoot. Yay!

It was one hell of an experience as I go down the path of photography. I was never really that serious and just wanted to explore. And I tell you this was one great exploration! That really turned out to be a passion. So, with just an entry-level type of camera (Canon EOS 1100D + kit lense), some reflectors and coupled with luck in composition, this is the best that I got. Frankly, out of more than 400 shots I sure am lucky to have more than 30 good shots (did not posted that 30+ shots here though). LOL! Hey, beginner talking here, so don’t dare judge. Enjoy and follow my journey to photography. 🙂

Setting: Near White Gold House, Cebu City, Philippines (Old White Gold Mall)

When it comes to Your love..I can’t help but sing!

Hi guys!

I bet I had a lot of catching up to do. So as kick off for my “catching up” thing, here’s a song cover of Your love by Alamid. I can clearly remember how my whole world light up again and how the blood in my veins flowed continuously as His love rule over my life once again. That one perfect love from my God, from your God, and from everyone else’s God. Hope you’ll enjoy the song. And keep tuning in! God bless! ^_^

My Playlist – The Songs of My Soul

Hey there! Welcome to my first music entry. Yey!  😀

I’ve been thinking (really hard) on what to start off in this area. Then…pop! My playlist. I define My Playlist as a list of songs I would love to hear from time to time. I never get bored of it, I would kill time with it. Shut my real world and live in it. Rock my silent world with it. Even live with it. ‘Coz I do believe, those music you listen makes up who you are. You know, that time when you can’t merely express your thoughts with word, actions, and gestures, then there goes a hum, a tune, a lyric and a song. 🙂

So here you go guys. Hope you’ll  enjoy this songs. And yes, a reminder, some of this songs are from someone else’s playlist. I just came to love the same song too (actually I was kind of stalking someone I like and copied some songs in his playlist..ssshhh 😉 ).

MY PLAYLIST:  Just click on the song to listen and watch the video on YouTube.

WOHOOO! I just found out that there’s a ton of songs on my list! 😀 That freak me out a bit. So………instead of making a rampage on that one, there goes my TOP 10 (but not in order though 😉 ) Some of you might not quite get the song interesting but hey! that’s just how I roll. 🙂 Every song represents me and a story.

Well, you can always shoot a comment of your TOP 10 too and I will definitely listen to them. Might copy them on my playlist too (if of course that’s ok with you). 🙂

Keep on tunin’ in! 😉

The Tree and It’s Fruits

Hey there guys! Glad to know you came by and stop. ^_^ Then, I guess this will by my first story to tell. don’t get me wrong, I’m not going to tell about trees and stuffs. Well here, you’re gonna meet where I came from (biologically). Meet my family!Yay!

I’ve never tried in my whole life to introduce my family in this kind of way. But since, this blog here, is going to discuss mainly how I became me, then family is one way. When I talk about family, that would be my father, mother and siblings. Its not the typical thing you see on blogs when they talk about their family. 🙂 I’m single, still available. Haven’t been dated like for (counting..)  6 (SIX) years maybe. Quite long ago huh. But of course along the way I have bump into a number of guys. 😉 Moving forward, so that’s how I get to tell the a story about my head family.

So, first stop. Meet my father. Alfredo Javier.  Some, if not most,  tell me that I do look more like him, and I take that as a compliment. He’s a musician and say artist too. He plays the guitar, base and keyboard. He sings as well. Artist because he’s good at drawings and lettering. I can still remember how he makes my drawing projects back when I was in elementary and he also does the lettering for the cover page. Currently he’s working abroad, in Ethiopia. So that might figure why he’s with some native Afros (or whatever you call them) in the picture. He’s been there like for more than a year. His last visit was I guess a few months ago,  after a year in his work. By the way, he’s a teacher in a technical school there.

Alfredo

Then my mother, Jiva Javier.  Basically I’m not a “Mama’s girl”. That I can’t explain why. I can do tell that I’m a “Papa’s girl” when I was still a squirt. My mother is one of those I guess typical mother you’ll know. She also sings (we really are family exposed to music, figures how I love music that much). A brainy type of mom. When I was younger, they would tell me that my brainy side was because of her. Genes. And again, I’m taking that as a compliment (though never did have a study moment with her, did ask some questions but not study). She’s a teacher, elementary. Indeed, brainy.  That has been her profession since she graduated. Not the same case with my father though, but good luck still comes even its later than when you wanted it badly.

Jiva

Jiva

Now meet my younger sisters and our youngest, a brother. Rhena, Fredjie, and Jr (that’s Alfredo Jr.).

(from left to right) Rhena, Fredjie, Jr

(from left to right) Rhena, Fredjie, Jr

Rhena. She’s a year younger than me. And just graduated from her college degree. She’s now on a review for her licensure  examination for teachers. Yes, a teacher. The funny thing i always remember about her and me is that, we grew up – like until 12 years old maybe – where we have the same outfits, like twins! Just with the different color of course. Funny right? And cute of course. We have a lot of photos with those one. 🙂

Fredjie. Six years younger than me. The girly girl of the family. Guess never spent a lot of time with this sister of mine. all I remember was when she was still a bay, she got sick when we got separated for days. We were on a vacation, with Rhena on our grandmothers place for maybe a week. So far that’s all I can remember about this lady. To think she’ll be turning 18 , like in less than a year from now. Freaks me out as an older sister.

Jr. The youngest. And the last. 9 years younger than me. So we were all 3 girls back then and my parents wanted a boy for the family, to carry the family name of course. My mom decided that the fourth should be the last one, whether a girl or a boy (but of course they were hoping that its a boy and its a BOY indeed!) He’s the smartest among us – smarter than ME! (would you believe that? 😉 I was once the smartest in the family. LOL!) Took on quiz bees and science fairs in the country. And saves money with the prizes. Awesome right? never did I get to a quiz bee before. I get nauseous (haha!pathetic!)

Well, as the oldest of this ladies and a gentlemen, i’m definitely proud of them. Still a long way for me and for them. And as you can see we don’t have a good family picture. We had once, long time ago, when there were just the four of us. May be the family went distant as time passes, as I grew older, as I started to look on to other trees beside us. Sad but true. Trees sometimes wither, but will eventually grew bountiful again someday.

So, that’s our tree and its fruits. How about you? How did your tree grew? How does it look like? 🙂

Waiting

481300_2840928962117_1291418813_n

I’m good at waiting. I keep on waiting. I wait for friends to come. I wait for schedules.  I even wait for the time (most of the time. :D) I sometimes wait for the right time (and became impatient at times). I wait for people to come into my life. I wait for opportunities, for chances, I wait for messages, calls and e-mails.  And I always wait on the street – for jeepneys and taxis.

Sometimes though, waiting seems not so healthy for me. And yes, I know that. Its a given fact that I tend to ignore. All I know is that, waiting stretches my patience to its limit. And its the thought of looking forward to something makes it a lot more exciting.

The Cover

At times, I wonder if I were to become a book, what would my cover look like? Will people turn their heads as they pass by the shelf I am displayed? Or will just people pass by and see me as just one-of-those-kind of books?

I always tell people that my life has never been an open book. Unless someone dares to flip a page or two. But well, when it comes to books, cover seems to get a big factor. I can tell myself. You see, I read books. Its a habit I just recently developed. When you’re up to looking just some random, interesting books, some unknown books that would just kill your time, one catchy cover would catch first your eyes.

But, yes! The story doesn’t just lie on that cover. The story lies behind that cover. What good would it do to have a catchy cover when the best story lies two pages after it. What use would it serve if its just a catchy cover and find it crappy to read after.

Well, if I were to become a book, the cover would remain a mystery.

And, oh. Maybe this one art of mine would be of an interest to the likes of me. 🙂
